What can we do while at Pine Lake?
Pine Lake not only offers a great place to meet with your group, do some planning for the future or some outreach ministry, it's also a wonderful place to have fun in a Christian environment. Activities include basketball, pickle ball, swimming, mini-golf, shuffleboard, softball, soccer, waterskiing, canoeing, biking, walking trails, volleyball, playground, low elements challenge course and relaxing in a warm Jacuzzi.
Which housing will work best for my group?
To help you make this decision, think about what kind of group you are going to bring to camp. The younger crowd would probably prefer the larger homes (Lodge A+ B, White House A + B, etc.) because they would have more campers together. The adults usually prefer the family chalets, but again, the decision depends on the type of group coming to camp. Look over the floor plans and decide which housing will meet the needs of your group the best.
Which meeting facilities do I need?
The meeting room will depend on what your plans are for the time you are here.
**Will you be having meetings that would be appropriate for a chapel or a classroom?
**Will you have someone doing a lecture which would require tables to make notes at?
**How many will be coming?
These questions need to be answered before you can decide which meeting room best suits your group needs.

As you fill out the information for your reservation, do your best to approximate how many people will be attending. We do need some estimate in order to see if you can be accommodated for the dates you are requesting. We make every effort to process your reservation requests as quickly as possible. Please allow us a few days to get back to you with an answer. Once a date has been agreed upon, you will need to submit a deposit which will be deducted from your final invoice.
Other things to consider:
Would it be easier to work on a per person cost?
What do we need to include in that cost?
Housing preference
Number of meals to be provided by Camp
Meeting room/s available
Activities - swimming pool & jacuzzi, volleyball, biking, air conditioned gymnasium, mini golf, etc.
These are all things that can be discussed as the reservations are made for your retreat.
