From the Northwest: I-75 south to Florida Turnpike (Just south of the Wildwood exit, the Turnpike splits off to the left). Take the Turnpike south to exit 296. Coming off exit, turn left on C.R. 470 and go for approx. 2 miles to traffic light, which is C.R. 33. Turn right and go approx. 6 miles to Pine Lake Retreat on right.

From the Southeast: Florida Turnpike north to exit 285. Turn right onto U.S. 27 north and go for approx. 4.5 miles to Bridges Road (First road to the left past the Florida Turnpike – North Entrance). Turn left and go 2.5 miles on Bridges Road to C.R. 33. Turn left onto C.R. 33 and go south 1 mile to Pine Lake Retreat on right.

From Tampa: I-75 north to exit 301. Turn right on Hwy. 50 east. Go 25 miles to Mascotte. Turn left on C.R. 33. Go north 6.2 miles to Pine Lake Retreat on left.

From Orlando: I-4 to Florida Turnpike north to exit 285. Turn right onto U.S. 27 north and go for approx. 4.5 miles to Bridges Road (First road to the left past the Florida Turnpike – North Entrance). Turn left and go 2.5 miles on Bridges Road to C.R. 33. Turn left onto C.R. 33 and go south 1 mile to Pine Lake Retreat on the right.

From Orlando – Alternate route: U.S. 441 north to Leesburg. Turn left on U.S. 44 west to U.S. 27. Turn left and go south 3 miles to C.R. 33 (second light). Turn right and go 7.5 miles to Pine Lake Retreat on right.
